Doda Lingua es un proyecto de música experimental nacido en el 2008. Parte desde la
experimentación fonética de Karla Ramirez (Lima, Julio 1988) utilizando el micrófono
integrado de una laptop y un programa simple de edición musical. El lenguaje, la lírica y
la estructura de cada canción obedecen a la sensación que provoca emitir un sonido, y a la
que, a su vez, provoca también un sonido emitido. Las palabras cobran sentido no por su
significado convencional, sino por su forma sonora y la implicancia emotiva de su
acentuación en determinadas sílabas. Los instrumentos utilizados a lo largo de los temas
son principalmente elementos musicales abandonados, reciclados, tradicionales, y/o
curiosos.
