Pieza de audio elaborada a partir de un texto escrito por Eliana Otta en el año 2011, que extrae la conocida frase de la canción "Y se llama Perú", para reflexionar sobre la vida política del país, utilizando solo la letra P. Para esta lectura polifónica, prestaron sus voces poetas, cantantes, escritores, activistas y artistas: Ysabel Correa, Max Lira, Frido Martin, Tilsa Otta, Delfina Paredes, Rafo Raez, Marita Rodríguez y Víctor Vich.

Publicada originalmente en disco de vinilo de 7” y presentada en la muestra “Hacer la audición: encuentros entre arte y sonido en el Perú”, curada por Luis Alvarado, en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Lima, en 2016.

Eliana Otta – Con p de… (2016)

Audio piece based on a text written by Eliana Otta in 2011, which extracts the well-known phrase “con p de patria” from the song “Y se llama Perú” to ponder on political life in the country, using only the letter P. For this polyphonic reading, poets, singers, writers, activists and artists lent their voices: Ysabel Correa, Max Lira, Frido Martin, Tilsa Otta, Delfina Paredes, Rafo Ráez, Marita Rodríguez and Víctor Vich.

Originally published on a 7” vinyl record for “HearHere: encounters between art and sound in Peru” exhibition, curated by Luis Alvarado at Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Lima, 2016.
